3. Intellectual property

The site, its code, its design and the Grind brand belong to the publisher. The schedules and content entered by users belong to them.

4. Personal data

Grind asks for no account, no email and no name. Your subjects, your schedule and your progress are saved only in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to our servers and the publisher has no access to them.

The publisher only processes:

Users under 18. The free version collects no personal data. The Pro subscription must be taken out by a parent or with their agreement.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to grind.contact9@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

5. Cookies

No cookies, neither for advertising nor for analytics. Your browser's local storage is only used to save your schedule and your subscription: it is strictly necessary and needs no consent. Stripe's payment pages may set their own security cookies.

Visit statistics. To know how many people visit the site and which features they use, we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc., United States), a cookie-free analytics tool that collects no data that can identify you. The statistics are anonymous and aggregated: pages viewed, country, device type and actions such as "session completed". The content of your schedule is never sent.

6. Liability

Grind is an organization tool. It does not guarantee any exam result and does not replace lessons or your teachers' advice.
